4. Supplier Conditions

Each supplier may have different rental conditions. Go Crete Cars does not control supplier policies regarding deposits, credit cards, debit cards, cash payments, insurance, excess, vehicle delivery, driver requirements, cancellations, refunds or vehicle availability.

Users are responsible for reading and understanding the supplier conditions before making a reservation.

5. No Deposit, No Credit Card and Full Insurance

The terms “no deposit”, “no credit card”, “full insurance” and “zero excess” refer to rental conditions that may be available for some vehicles, dates or suppliers. These conditions are separate and should not be understood as the same thing.

• “No deposit” means that the selected offer may not require a security deposit.
• “No credit card” means that the selected supplier may accept another payment method.
• “Full insurance” refers to an insurance package that may reduce liability for covered damage.
• “Zero excess” means that the excess may be reduced to zero for covered damage under the selected insurance terms.

These conditions are always subject to the selected car details and supplier rules shown before booking.

6. Prices and Availability

Prices and availability shown through the booking widget may change depending on dates, pickup location, vehicle type, supplier inventory, seasonal demand and other factors.

Go Crete Cars does not guarantee the availability of any specific vehicle, price, supplier, rental condition, payment method, insurance option or pickup location.

7. Payments

Payments, prepayments, deposits and any charges related to a reservation are handled according to the booking process and supplier terms. Go Crete Cars does not independently process vehicle rental payments unless explicitly stated otherwise in the booking flow.

Users must review payment requirements before confirming a reservation.

8. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation rules, amendment rules, refund conditions and deadlines are determined by the booking platform and/or the selected supplier. These conditions may vary depending on the vehicle, supplier, rental dates and selected offer.

If you already have a booking, you should follow the instructions in your booking confirmation or voucher. Supplier or booking platform contact details are normally provided in the voucher.

9. Vehicle Pickup and Return

Pickup and return instructions are provided by the selected supplier and/or shown in the voucher. Users are responsible for arriving at the correct pickup location at the agreed time and for bringing all required documents and payment methods.

Required documents may include a valid driving licence, passport or identity document, payment card and any other documents required by the supplier.
